Tasting notes
Its bright, golden colour introduces you to notes of white flowers, exotic scents and vanilla. On the palate, its rich and generous taste is accompanied by mineral and toasted notes.

Ageing potential: 2 to 4 years
Serving temperature: 10/12 °C
Storage: 12 / 18 °C
Serve with: stewed white poultry, fish with cream sauce, fine cooked pork meats

Geographical area: Côte de Beaune
Grape variety:  100% Chardonnay
Average date of planting: 1975
Soil: Vineyard plots located around the slopes. Clay-calcareous soils, sand and blue marls.
Exposure: Southerly, South-Westerly
Cultivation: Ploughing of soils, “lutte raisonnée” rational management with minimal use of chemicals on our vines.

Vinification
Picked by hand in small 13 kg crates.
The grapes are selectively sorted by hand.
Slow pressing for gentle extraction of the juice.
Cold settling, fermentation with natural yeasts and temperature regulation, in oak casks, for 40 to 80 days.

Maturation
In oak casks for 12 months.
Fining, cooling and filtration before bottling.
